Calculations & Financials
What does StayPay calculate automatically?
StayPay automatically calculates: TAKK (Climate Crisis Resilience Fee), receipts, invoices, per-owner commissions with different agreements, VAT, municipal tax, and net profit. All calculations are performed automatically based on your bookings.
Can I have different commissions for each owner?
Yes, you can customize the commissions according to the agreement you have with each owner.
What is TAKK and how does StayPay calculate it?
TAKK (Climate Crisis Resilience Fee) is the accommodation tax in effect in Greece since 2024. StayPay automatically calculates TAKK for each booking based on the property's category (star rating) and the season (summer/winter). Rates range from €0.50 to €10 per night.
Owners & Transparency
How are owners informed about their revenue?
StayPay sends automatic monthly emails to each owner with an Excel file containing all their bookings, amounts, commissions and the final amount they will receive. Additionally, with the Owner Portal, owners have real-time access to their data 24/7.
What is the Owner Portal?
The Owner Portal is a mobile-friendly platform that allows owners to view in real time: monthly financials, bookings, revenue/expenses, commissions, payments, occupancy rates and performance statistics.

What is Smart Cleaning?
Smart Cleaning is an intelligent cleaning coordination system with QR codes. Cleaners scan QR codes in rooms, view cleaning checklists, check in/check out, and track progress in real time.
What is the AI Assistant?
The AI Assistant provides 24/7 support to property guests. It automatically answers questions such as check-in instructions, WiFi password, local recommendations and supports multiple languages.
Can I choose only the features I need?
Yes! StayPay has a modular architecture. You choose only the features you need: Core StayPay, Owner Portal, Smart Cleaning, AI Assistant, Task Management. You only pay for what you use.
